Case study

Medspa in Toronto: added 20k search impressions in 2 months

For case studies, we keep the clinics and their practices anonymized. The city, the timeframes, and every number on this page are real, and each number states how it was measured.

Where they started

Google knew this clinic existed. It just had nothing to say about them. The site ranked for its own name and little else, because the questions patients type before booking, the ones about cost, downtime, safety, and what to expect, were being answered by portals, magazines, and competitors. Every week, patients in Toronto researched the exact treatments this clinic performs and finished that research without ever seeing its name.

The treatment pages that did exist described services in the clinic’s own words. Patients don’t search in a clinic’s words. They search in their own.

What we found

Three things explained most of it. There was no content answering the questions patients actually ask before booking, so every one of those searches was a comparison the clinic never entered. The pages that existed carried none of the structure machines read, which limits how search and AI engines interpret them. And the site’s treatment pages competed with each other for the same few terms instead of covering the path a patient researches.

What we did

We published 40 high-quality content pages over two months. Twenty per month, not hundreds. Each one answers a question a patient in Toronto actually types before booking a treatment, each one is structured so machines can read it, and each one routes the reader to the treatment page it supports. No scaled filler, no thin pages chasing volume. The bet is that a smaller library of real answers beats a warehouse of noise, and the numbers below are that bet’s opening result.
